I first came to the clinic on the 4th November 2013 and I can categorically say that my life changed. I remember my first appointment, after my consultation he said that he could not let me walk out the clinic because he could see that I was in so much pain and I walked very heavily on one side, so did an adjustment which was something I had never had before and it was it was the beginning of the journey for me. I attended a workshop which made me so emotional. So much of what was being explained I could identify with - depression, insomnia, other health issues including severe migraines for years, he was talking about me! Rohit assured me he would work with me to improve my health, instantly he started treating me for my tennis elbow alongside my back adjustments. The movement in my arms improved within just a few sessions, this was a blessing as I had to wait a while for the specialist clinic referral. At every appointment Dr Rohit worked on my tennis elbow, I never felt he was rushing he took time to adjust the amount of pressure and movement, always provided me with a well needed ice pack. Without Dr Rohit working on my arms I would not have been able to function as I had no movement or grasp in my right arm and was limited in my left arm, as both my arms were in slings and wrist supports for weeks. I still have a long way to go and it is so important to do the exercises at home, but I can feel that there is light at the end of the tunnel for me. It is hard to write this without getting emotional but when you live with chronic pain everyday for so long and feel so limited regarding getting involved in any activity, it really is life changing when that begins to ease even slightly. Wishing everyone who reads this good health.
For as long as I can remember, I always had trouble with my posture, not being able to touch my toes and always feeling tiredness and pain during sports It got much worse whilst carrying out building works. It was shocking how much I had degraded over time. My hip had lowered on one side, my spine was lopsided in two places to compensate and overall my lower back to my neck was totally straight and not giving me the curves I needed to absorb the shocks from daily lifestyle activities. Rohit and the team are so nice. They have made every allowance possible to remain flexible and accommodating to my needs. We talk about anything and everything. They are part of my life now. Im planning to return back to sports exercises and keeping fit. For me it’s not about the money anymore. To me it’s about a way of life and being young enough to enjoy my children.
Having had an awful experience with my previous chiropractor, I was very cautious when approaching Osteopathy, but it was obvious from the very first meeting that Rohit was able and results driven. For the first time in my life, my lower back isn’t giving me much pain. I still have a little way to go in terms of my upper back, but under Rohit’s expert care, i have absolutely no doubt that this will also improve. I’m glad I proceeded with Rohit, despite my previous experience, and would highly encourage anyone else with back pain to do the same
Rohit, thank you for what you did for me my back feels better than it ever has done before. Your people skills are brilliant to, you really lovely to your patients. My condition can make things quite complicated, but you listened to everything I had to say and took it all on board, and managed to do what no one else ever has. It's great to be able to sleep at night again, and completely pain free. Keep up the good work :)
About six weeks ago, I came to see Rohit Dhillon about some severe back pain that was troubling me. Over the course of only four visits, Rohit has dealt with the problem very speedily and designed an excellent regime for me to manage the problem going forward. In addition to the skill with which he diagnosed and explained the issues, he was, throughout, very helpful in fitting in appointments for me at very short notice.
The treatment I have received from Rohit on the National Health Service is second to none. If I had received private medical care it would certainly not have been better than the treatment I have received. People like you ‘make the NHS’ something to be proud of.
I can honestly say that Rohit made me feel that I wasn’t just ‘another’ patient or a statistic but that he actually cared that this treatment worked and that it mattered to him that it was successful and that I could get back to normal. I could see from his attitude that he takes pride in his work and that it mattered to him that we see results and that I got better which is not always the case with some healthcare professionals these days.
After being referred to an osteopath by my GP in early December, I went to see Rohit to see if he could help with my severe and persistent neck pain. This pain was brought on due to sitting at a desk all day and then exacerbated by a car crash which then led to whiplash and was left untreated. After the first treatment session the pain had already subsided considerably and I was given some daily exercises to complete, along with a list of what not to do to ensure the pain stayed at bay. After six sessions, I have now completed my treatment and my neck is much better. I am still completing the exercises everyday and keeping my neck and back straight when I can, so with any luck, I will not experience that level of pain again.
Having undergone an 8 week course of physiotherapy with no significant improvement to my injury, I was referred on to a course of Osteotherapy. Rohit immediately pin pointed the cause of my discomfort, and as such my symptoms drastically improved. Once the course of prescribed Osteopathic treatment had commenced, I felt as if I had fully recovered from what had been months of pain and discomfort. I would strongly recommend this form of treatment to anyone suffering with an ongoing injury, and I thoroughly commend Rohit for his exceptional standards of service and expertise within this field of treatment.
